There are some ways to get free iPhone games , though, and it might be worthwhile to consider these carefully before shelling out any hard earned cash.

First to consider are the huge numbers of torrent and P2P sites that offer games. On the plus side these are free but on the minus side they could well infect your iPhone, making it completely useless. This is a risky one.

Next there are the in-browser games that some sites offer. Some of these browser-based iPhone games are actually really good and will keep you amused for a long time. Others suffer from the limited resources offered by the browser and so become frustrating slow or simple. Many of these iPhone games are free so having a good look around is recommended (and can’t hurt!).

Thirdly, there are the membership sites. While technically these are not free (they fail in that definition as soon as the membership fee is requested) some do allow unlimited downloads for a one-time fee. So this is as good as free, perhaps.
